Kathleen focuses on helping those injured by dangerous drugs and devices, as well as clients who are disabled and unable to work.
Kathleen is an experienced attorney in a variety of practice areas. Kathleen worked for an immigration firm, has spent years representing disabled clients, and assists clients injured by dangerous drugs and devices. Kathleen focuses on client service in Mass Tort and represents Social Security clients at all stages in the process. She regularly attends conferences in both practice areas. Kathleen graduated with a BA from Boston University and a JD from Elon University School of Law. Kathleen has enjoyed working for The Clauson Law firm for over three years and enjoys the personal interaction with all of our valued clients. Kathleen went to law school to be able to give a voice to those who felt discarded and unheard. Kathleen is a mom to three small children and enjoys volunteering as a Recruitment Supervisor with the Sigma Kappa sorority at Clemson University.
